We are writing on behalf of our client, Golden Properties LLC, the project sponsor of the project that is subject of the above referenced appeals, which have been scheduled for hearing before the Board on February th, 2019.  We understand that any documentation that the project sponsor wants to submit to the Board members prior to the hearing must be provided to the Clerk's office by 12:00 pm, 11 days before the hearing, or this Friday February 1st. We were not informed of the hearing date nor copies of the appeal statements from the Clerk of the Board until yesterday afternoon, Monday January 281 h. Consequently, there is very little time to prepare and submit adequate documentation for two separate appeals for the Board's consideration. Given the late notice of the hearing date, it would be unfair to have the hearing proceed on such an expedited schedule. On this basis we request a continuance to Tuesday February 26, 19, which would be the next regular Board meeting after February 12, 2019, the date for which the hearing is currently scheduled.
